dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد مدى إقبال الشباب الجامعي في الجزائر على إنشاء مؤسسات صغيرة في إطار الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتطوير المقاولاتية، حيث تبين أن نسبة هذه الفئة من المشاريع التي تم تأسيسها لا تزال ضعيفة مقارنة بمستويات تعليمية أخرى. لذلك، عممت الوكالة إنشاء "الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتطوير المقاولاتية" كأداة لتشجيع الشباب الجامعي على طرح أفكارهم، مما ساهم في رفع نسبة إقبال الشباب الجامعي على إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والناشئة بشكل ملحوظ The aim of this research paper is to identify the extent to which university youth in Algeria have been turnout to establish Small Enterprises within the framework of the National Entrepreneurship Support and Development Agency, where it reached the share of this category of founded projects remains weak compared to other levels of education. There for, The Agency began to generalizing the establishment of “CDE” as a tool to encourage young university students to reflect their ideas. This has contributed to raising the proportion of university students to the establishment of small enterprises and startup in a significant manner
