| dc.description.abstract | هدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم مفهوم الاقتصاد الخفي، والذي يُشار إليه غالبًا بالاقتصاد غير الرسمي، وذلك في ظل انتشاره الواسع، لا سيما في السنوات الأخيرة. وتُسلط الورقة الضوء على الظواهر المرتبطة به، والعوامل التي تُسهم في تفاقمه، والآثار السلبية الناتجة عنه والتي تُعيق تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الحقيقية. كما تسعى الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحول الرقمي ومساهمته في الحد من حجم الاقتصاد الخفي، من خلال العمل على دمج أنشطته ضمن الاقتصاد الرسمي، عبر إزالة الصعوبات والسلوكيات السلبية التي تتحكم في هذا الاقتصاد. This research paper aims to introduce the concept of the hidden economy, commonly referred to as the informal economy, in light of its widespread prevalence, particularly in recent years. The paper highlights key associated phenomena, factors contributing to its exacerbation, and the resulting negative impacts that hinder genuine economic development. Additionally, the stud y to attempting to publicize digital transformation and its contribution to sizing the hidden economy, by working to integrate the latter's activities into the formal economy, b y eliminating the difficulties and negative behaviors that control this economy. | |
