| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور الحوكمة التعليمية في تطوير وتنمية التعليم المحاسبي من اجل ضمان الجودة والاستمرارية ومواكبة المعايير الدولية على اعتبار أن برامج التعليم المحاسبي الحالية تعاني من عدة عيوب ولا تواكب التطورات الحديثة التي طرأت على مهنة المحاسبة كذلك انفصال التعليم المحاسبي النظر في مؤسسة التعليم عن الممارسة التطبيقية في سوق العمل الأمر الذي أدى إلى تدني مستوى الخدمات المحاسبية و تراجع دورها كذلك تراجع الأبحاث والدراسات التي تهدف إلى حل المشكلات المحاسبية المعاصرة والتي أثرت على مخرجات النظام المحاسبي .وقد استعملنا المنهج الوصفي للحصول على النتائج التالية :تطبيق معايير التعليم المحاسبي الدولية سيرفع من جودة وفعالية التعليم المحاسبي تفعيل مبادئ الحوكمة التعليمية سيحق أهداف معايير التعليم المحاسبي الدولية مما يعزز من جودة التعليم المحاسبي وضمان الاستدامة. This study aims to show the role of educational governance in the development of accounting education in order to ensure quality, continuity and keep pace with international standards. Given that the current accounting education programs suffer from several defects and do not keep pace with recent developments in the accounting profession, Also, the separation of theoretical accounting education in educational institutions from applied practices in the labor market, which led to a low level of accounting services and a decline in their role. It also reviews research aimed at solving contemporary accounting, we used the descriptive approach in order to reach the following results: The application of international accounting education standards will increase the quality and effectiveness of accounting education. Activating the principles of educational governance will achieve the objectives of international accounting education standards, which will enhance the quality of accounting education and ensure sustainability. | |
