dc.description.abstractWe are in modern age that is going through a transitional phase from an industrial economy to an economy defined by a new set of technologies, ranging From digital technology to high-precision technology ,among the latest waves digitization is Blockchain technology, a technology that many say promises to reliability, transparency and inclusion. Blockchain is a shared database that makes it possible to create trust between individuals without a third parties. The architecture here is decentralized in other words data is distributed among users and therefore the information can never be erased .Therefore among these promising sectors, we specify the health sector, because it is sensitive since it recommends sharing patients data information .In this context, the objective of this project is to propose a Blockchain approach in medical field which aims to share, store and manage data related to medical incident reports using electronic medical records .ar
