| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة الأداء البيئي، الذي يعتبر أهم أداء داخل المنظمات وتحقق من خلاله التميز على المنافسين ، وذلك من خلال بيان منافعه وادارته والمؤشرات الى تقيسه. كما يهدف أيضا للتطرق الى تجربة رائدة في مجال الأداء البيئي وهي تجربة شركة Toyota من خلال تحليل استراتيجيتها البيئية وقياس أدائها البيئي. وخلصت الدراسة الى أن شركة تويوتا لها تجربة رائدة يمكن الاستفادة منها، اذ كانت جميع المؤشرات موجبة مما يدل على أن لهذه الشركة استراتيجية فعالة وواضحة للحفاظ على البيئة. This research aims to know the environmental performance, which is the most important performance in business organizations, by showing its benefits, its management, and the indicators to measure it. The research also aims study a successful experience in the field of environmental performance " experience of Toyota" By analyzing its environmental strategy and measuring its environmental performance. The study were concluded that Toyota is a Leading experience that can be benefited from, as all indicators were positive, which indicates that this company has an effective and clear strategy to protect the environment. | ar |
