| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد ترتيب دول العالم المختلفة ضمن مؤشر الأمن الغذائي العام من حيث القدرة على تحمل تكاليف الغذاء وتوافر الغذاء وجودة وسلامة الغذاء والموارد الطبيعية والمرونة، ثم تتبع هذا الترتيب خلال فترة نشوء المؤشر GFSI (2022-2012) ، بالتالي تقييم جهود دول العالم وبالأخص الجزائر لتقوية أمنها الغذائي. لقد توصلنا إلى نتيجة مهمة في بحثنا والتي مفادها تدهور وضعف الجزائر ضمن مؤشر الأمن الغذائي العام، حيث احتلت مراتب جد متأخرة، فباستثناء السودان واليمن وسوريا اللاتي مزقتهم الحروب والصراعات الداخلية، فان الجزائر في المرتبة الأخيرة على مستوى العربي، في حين احتلت دول الخليج الصدارة عربيا في مقدمتها قطر والإمارات، أما على المستوى العالمي فقد احتلت الدول المتقدمة الصدارة في مقدمتها الدول الاسكندينافية تليها و.م.أ. This research aims to determine the ranking of different countries in the world within the general food security index, in terms of affordability of food costs, food availability, food quality and safety, natural resources, and then track this arrangement during the period of emergence of the GFSI index (2012 2022), thus evaluating the efforts of countries the world, especially Algeria. We have reached an important conclusion in our research, which is the deterioration and weakness of Algeria within the general food security index, as it occupied very late ranks, with the exception of Sudan, Yemen and Syria, which were torn apart by wars and internal conflicts, Algeria ranked last at the Arab level, while the Gulf countries occupied the lead In the Arab world, led by Qatar and UAE, and at the global level, developed countries occupied the forefront, led by the Scandinavian countries, followed by U.S.A | |
