| dc.description.abstract | هناك العديد من العقبات التي تواجه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الدول العربية ، الشيء الذي يحول دون تطويرها و لعب دورها في التنمية الاقتصادية في هذه الدول ، و لعل من أبرز العوائق و أهمها هو مشكلة التمويل و هو ما نهدف إلى معالجته ضمن هذا الدراسة ، التي ستتناول اقتراح تبني "النظام المالي الإسلامي في التمويل -الزكاة " مع أخذ عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ،من ولاية الأغواط. "،والتي كانت نتائجها مبهرة حيث أن أغلبية أصحاب المؤسسات تقبل على التمويلات الاسلامية و لا تحبذ القروض الربوية . There are many obstacles facing SMEs in the Arab countries, which prevents their development and play their role in the economic development of these countries, and perhaps one of the most prominent obstacles, the most important of which is the problem of finance, which is what we aim to address in this study, which will address the proposal to adopt the 'Islamic financial system in finance -zakat' taking a sample of SMEs, from the State of Laghouat .
