| dc.description.abstract | تزايد الاهتمام العالمي والإقليمي والقومي بالبعد البيئي للتنمية إلا أن تفعيل عملية الحفاظ على البيئة وضمان تواصل عملية التنمية ترتكز على عنصر مهم وهو الفرد ووعيه البيئي. ونظرا لأهمية هذا الموضوع فقد كانت هذه الدراسة التي استندت الى فرضية مفادها أن انتهاج نموذج الاقتصاد الأخضر من شأنه أن يسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتقليل الفقر وتحقيق العدالة فضلا" عن الحفاظ على البيئة.ويتمتع العراق بالعديد من الإمكانات التي تجعله يستطيع أن يصل الي التنمية المستدامة في عام 2030 ويمكن اعتماد العديد من المشروعات التي تعمل من خلالها على تطبيق المنظومة الخضراء والمحاولة الى الوصول للتنمية. يهدف البحث الى تحديد العلاقات التكاملية والتفاعلية بين الاقتصاد الاخضر والتنمية المستدامة باستخدام التكامل المشتركcointegration بتقنية VAR.وعلى المدى البعيد يتحقق بناء الاقتصاد الاخضر وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ولكن الاقتناع بأن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة يجب أن تقوم التنمية على الاقتصاد الاخضر . بهذا يجعل من العلاقة التبادلية بين المتغيرين والاعتمادية عليهما للنهوض بالاقتصاد المحلي. Given the importance of this topic, this study was based on the premise that adopting the green economy model would contribute to achieving sustainable development, reducing poverty and achieving justice as well as “preserving the environment.” Iraq has many capabilities that make it able to reach sustainable development In the year 2030, many projects can be adopted through which it works to implement the green system and try to reach development. The research aims to identify the complementary and interactive relationships between green economy and sustainable development using co integration with VAR technology. In the long term, building a green economy and achieving sustainable development is achieved. However, the conviction that achieving sustainable development must be based on the green economy, thus making the reciprocal relationship between the two variables and the dependence on them for the advancement of the local economy. | ar |
