| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز مختلف التغيرات التي عرفها قطاع النقل الحضري في الجزائر، فمن ملكية الدولة لكل أنواع النقل، إلى منح النقل البري للمتعاملين الخواص نظرا للمشاكل المالية التي عرفتها المؤسسات العمومية آنذاك، فنتج عن هذا فتح سوق النقل بصورة عشوائية، ما انعكس على نوعية الخدمة المقدمة، وابتداء من سنوات 2000 عادت الدولة للمنافسة في قطاع النقل الحضري من خلال إستراتيجية وطنية تهدف إلى تحسين خدمات النقل الحضري. This article aims to highlight the different changes known in the urban transport sector in Algeria, from state ownership of all types of transport (capital and management), to the granting of all types of land transport to private dealers due to the financial problems known in public transport institutions at that time. This leaded to the opening of the transport market to private dealers randomly, which reflected on the quality of service provided to transport users. From the beginning of the years 2000, the state returned to competition in the transport sector through the adoption of a national strategy aimed to improving urban transport services. | |
