| dc.description.abstract | نهدف من خلال هذه المداخلة والمتمثلة في مقاربة نظرية خاصة "بالحد الأقصى لاستهلاك الأكسجين وأهمية معرفته عند الرياضيين" إلى التوضيح والتعريف بهذا المؤشر الفسيولوجي Vo2max والوحدات المعبرة عنه سواء بالليترات أو المليليترات في مجال التدريب الرياض ي )للاعب والمدرب( إضافة غلى معرفة أهمية هذا المؤشر والفائدة من قياسه، كذلك المؤشرات الفسيولوجية المتحكمة فيه (Vo2max). كما نهدف من خلال هذه المداخلة أيضا إلى التعريف بالعوامل التي تؤثر فيه والعلامات التي توضح وتبين الوصول غلى الحد الأقصى لاستهلاكهن إلى الطرق المستخدمة في قياسه وهيا القياسً وصولا المباشر للحد الأقصى لاستهلاك الأكسجين والقياس الغير مباشر. Throughout this intervention, represented via a theoretical method associated to "the maximum oxygen consumption and the importance of its knowledge for athletes", we aim to introduce this physiological conference Vo2 max and the units expressed either in liters or kiloliters in the field of sports training (for the player and coach) in addition to knowing the importance of this The indicator and the utility of its measurement, as well as the controlled physiological indicators (Vo2 max ). We additionally aim, through this intervention, to outline the factors that affect it and the signs that clarify and show reaching the maximum limit of their intake consumption to the method used in its measurement, which is the direct measurement of the maximum oxygen consumption and indirect measurement. | |
