dc.description.abstractE-Government has emerged as a transformative force in public sector operations, leveraging information and communication technologies (ICTs) to enhance service delivery, improve transparency, and increase efficiency. This paper explores the impact of e-Government on streamlining public sector operations through an analysis of case studies from Estonia, Singapore, and India. These examples highlight the benefits of innovative digital solutions and the challenges faced in implementation. The study concludes with recommendations for policymakers aiming to optimize e-Government initiatives for effective governance.
