dc.description.abstractيهدف هذا البحث إلى تبيان دور أدوات مراقبة التسيير الشاملة في ضبط أداء المؤسسات وتحسين جودة المعلومة المالية المنشورة في الجزائر؛ حيث شمل دراسة حالة تم فيها تطبيق بعض أدوات مراقبة التسيير على مؤسسة "كوندور"، حيث تبين أن المؤسسة تستعمل أربع أدوات في عملية مراقبة التسيير هي: المحاسبة العامة، المحاسبة التحليلية، تسيير الميزانية ولوحات القيادة، تعتبر هذه الأخير أهم أداة شاملة تستخدمها المؤسسة، حيث تحتوي على مؤشرات مالية وغير المالية التي تسمح بإعطاء معلومات مالية ذات جودة ونظرة واقعية حول الأداء. This research aims to show the role of comprehensive management control tools in controlling the performance of institutions and improving the quality of financial information published in Algeria; It included a case study in which some management control tools were applied to an organization Condor, Where it was found that the institution uses four tools in the management control process: public accounting, analytical accounting, budget management and dashboards, The latter is considered the most important comprehensive tool used by the institution, as it contains financial and non-financial indicators that allow giving quality financial information and a realistic view of performance.ar
