| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر نظام المعلومات من أهم النظم الفرعية داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية ، ونظرا لأهمية هذا الأخير تأتي هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى مساهمة نظام المعلومات في تحقيق التحسين المستمر ضمن متطلبات ادارة الجودة الشاملة وقد تم التوصل في هذا البحث إلى أن هناك علاقة بين نظام المعلومات و التحسين المستمر على مستوى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية قسنطينة، اذ تساهم كل من المستلزمات المادية و البشرية و حتى الشبكات في تحقيق التحسين المستمر و بالتالي تفعيل عملية إدارة الجودة الشاملة . The information system is considered as one of the most important subsystems in the economic company, and because of the importance of the latter this study comes to show the contribution of the information system in achieving continuous improvement within the requirements of Total Quality Management It was concluded that there is a relationship between the information system and continuous improvement within the Algerian Telecom Corporation of Constantine, as both physical and human requirements and networks also contribute to continuous improvement and thus activate the process of TQM. | |
