Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية التمويل عن طريق الرأسمال الإستثماري كبديل مستجدث، ومدى قدرته على تحقيق أهداف المشاريع المقاولاتية المبتكرة. حيث تم دراسة واقع ودور الرأسمال الإستثماري في الجزائر، بتحليل نشاط كل الشركات الممارسة للنشاط، سواء كانت وطنية أو أجنبية، سواء ذات رأسمال عمومي أو خاص.
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: عدم كفاية عرض الرأسمال الإستثماري في الجزائر، رغم الطلب الكبير على هذا النوع من التمويل من المشاريع المقاولاتية المتزايدة، كما قدمت الدراسة الإقتراحات يمكن أن تساعد على تحسين الوضعية، بتمكين الرأسمال الإستثماري من القيام بدوره في تمويل المشاريع المقاولاتية، بداية بتحديث الإطار التشريعي المنظم للنشاط والقيام بعملية الإشهار للتعريف بهذا النوع من التمويل.
This study aims to highlight the importance of financing through investment capital as an emerging alternative, and its ability to achieve the objectives of innovative entrepreneurial projects. Where the reality and role of investment capital in Algeria was studied, by analyzing the activity of all companies practicing the activity, whether national or foreign, whether with public or private capital.
The study reached a set of results, including: Insufficient supply of investment capital in Algeria, despite the great demand for this type of financing from the growing entrepreneurial projects. The study also presented suggestions that could help improve the situation by enabling investment capital to play its role in financing entrepreneurial projects. Starting with updating the legislative framework regulating the activity and carrying out the publicity process to introduce this type of financing.
Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence l'importance du financement par le capital investissement comme alternative émergente, et sa capacité à atteindre les objectifs de projets entrepreneuriaux innovants. Où la réalité et le rôle du capital investissement en Algérie ont été étudiés, en analysant l'activité de toutes les entreprises exerçant l'activité, qu'elles soient nationales ou étrangères, qu'elles soient à capitaux publics ou privés.
L'étude a abouti à un ensemble de résultats, notamment: Une offre insuffisante de capital d'investissement en Algérie, malgré la forte demande pour ce type de financement de la part des projets entrepreneuriaux en croissance.L'étude a également présenté des suggestions qui pourraient contribuer à améliorer la situation en permettant au capital d'investissement de jouer son rôle dans le financement des projets entrepreneuriaux, à commencer par la mise à jour du cadre législatif réglementant l'activité et la réalisation du processus de publicité pour introduire ce type de financement.
