| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المستوى الحالي لكل من التمويل الرقمي والشمول المالي في الدول المغاربية، حيث تم تحليل مجموعة انتقائية من المؤشرات المصممة من قبل "مجموعة العشرين" لقياس شامل لفئات الشمول المالي التي تعتمدها التقنيات الرقمية، وذلك باتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ الدول المغاربية لا تزال متخلفة عن الركب بسبب انخفاض معدلات الوصول إلى الخدمات المصرفية الرسمية التقليدية واستخدامها، بما في ذلك الائتمان، ملكية الحساب والادخار. ومن ناحية أخرى، توجد مجموعة من التحسينات النسبية في التوسعات المالية، المعاملات غير النقدية والمدفوعات الرقمية، غير أن هذه التحسينات لا تتوافق والإمكانيات الكبيرة التي تملكها هذه الدول في مجال تبني التكنولوجيا الرقمية وتعزيز الشمول المالي. This study aims to shed light on the current level of both digital finance and financial inclusion in Maghreb countries. A selection of indicators designed by the G20 to measure comprehensively the financial inclusion categories adopted by digital technologies was analyzed using the analytical descriptive method. The study found that Maghreb countries remain lagging behind due to low rates of access to and use of traditional official banking services, including credit, account ownership and savings. On the other hand, there are a set of relative improvements in financial expansions, non-cash transactions and digital payments, but these improvements do not correspond to the significant possibilities that these countries have in digital adoption and enhanced financial inclusion. | ar |
