dc.description.abstractيهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة الاندماج المصرفي بمختلف جوانبه النظرية وتحديد أثره في تحسين مؤشرات الربحية (هامش الربح الصافي، منفعة الأصول، العائد على الأصول و العائد على حقوق الملكية) دراسة حالة التجاري وفا بنك. استخدمنا اختبار(ت) لعينتين مرتبطتين باستعمال برنامج spss. ولقد توصل هذا البحث إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للاندماج المصرفي على تحسين الربحية بأبعادها للبنك محل الدراسة. This research aims to study the banking merger with its various theoretical aspects, as well as determining its impact on the improvement of the profitability indicators (net profit margin, benefit of assets, return on assets and return on equity) through a case study of Attijatiwafa Bank. We used paired simple T-test basing on spss program. This research concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of banking merger on improving profitability with its dimensions, for the bank under study.
