dc.description.abstractفي خضم التطور التكنولوجي و العولمة في مجال المصرفي و التحرر المالي و ابتكار وتطوير أدوات مالية جديدة في الصناعة المصرفية , وجب على المصارف البحث عن أساليب من اجل التنبؤ بالمخاطر و السعي وراء استقرار مالي من اجل تحقيق أهداف المصرف الذي تأسس من اجلها، مما دفع الباحثتان إلى البحث في استخدام الطرق الإحصائية الحديثة و الأساليب الكمية من طرف المصارف الإسلامية لإدارة المخاطر ،ويعتبر نموذجZ-SCOR الذي يقيس الاستقرار و السلامة المصرفية في المصارف التقليدية ، و نظرا لخصوصية العمل المصرفي الإسلامي لذا وجب تعديل النموذج Z-SCORE بما يتناسب مع خصوصية المصارف الإسلامية In the midst of technological development and globalization in the field of banking and financial liberalization and the creation and development of new financial instruments in the banking industry, banks should look for ways to predict the risks and seek financial stability in order to achieve the objectives of the bank for which it was founded, The Z-SCORE model, which measures the stability and safety of banking in conventional banks, is considered in accordance with the specificity of Islamic banking Therefore, the Z-SCORE model must be modified to suit the specificity of banks a Islamic.
