| dc.description.abstract | دعى النظام الاساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية الدول الأطراف فيه إلى إتخاذ كل ما يلزم من اجراءات في تشريعاتها الوطنية، لكفالة التعاون بينهما، ويكون ذلك بإدخال تعديلات على منظومتها التشريعية الداخلية،بهدف إنفاذه وطنيا The Statute of the International Criminal Tribunal called upon States Parties to take all necessary steps through the enactment of national legal standards to ensure effective collaboration with the Tribunal.This task will be accomplished only through the introduction of national legislative reforms capable of rendering the said Statute enforceable at the national level | |
