dc.description.abstractهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية التحول الرقمي والفرص المتاحة من خلال تطبيقاته المختلفة، ولا سيما في ظل الآثار السلبية التي خلّفتها جائحة كوفيد-19، سواء على الصعيد الاقتصادي أو الاجتماعي، في ظل إجراءات الإغلاق الكامل وتوقف الإنتاج التي أثرت على معظم القطاعات الاقتصادية في العالم. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن عملية التحول الرقمي أصبحت أكثر من مجرد ضرورة حتمية تسعى إليها جميع الدول من أجل الاستمرار في إيصال منتجاتها وخدماتها إلى عملائها، وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، والتكيّف مع تحديات هذه الأزمة. This study aims to shed light on the importance of digital transformation and the opportunities available through its various applications, especially with the negative effects left by the Covid-19 pandemic, whether on the economic side or the social side, in light of the complete closure and production cessation measures that affected most economic sectors in the world. The study found that the process of digital transformation has become more than an inevitable necessity that all countries seek in order to continue to reach their products and services to their customers. To achieve the goals of sustainable development and adapt to the challenges of this crisis. Keywords: COVID-19 crisis, economic development, digital transformation
