Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إثراء موضوع التحول الرقمي من خلال استعراض تجربة سنغافورة كأحد النماذج العالمية الرائدة في هذا المجال، واستخلاص مجموعة من الدروس المستفادة منها، وذلك باتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن سنغافورة نجحت في تعزيز التحول الرقمي من خلال تطبيق استراتيجية شاملة ودقيقة، تضمنت مجموعة من المبادرات الحكومية في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، ركزت على تطوير البنية التحتية والمهارات البشرية، واستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة، وتوفير الدعم المستمر للابتكار والبحث والتطوير. وقد جعلتها هذه العوامل مجتمعةً من أذكى مدن العالم، ووضعتها في مصاف الدول المتقدمة
This study aimed to enrich the topic of digital transformation by reviewing the experience of Singapore as one of the leading international models in this field, while drawing a set of lessons to benefit from this experience, by adopting the descriptive and analytical method. The study concluded that Singapore has successfully promoted digital transformation through the implementation of a comprehensive and precise strategy, which included a set of government ICT initiatives focusing on developing infrastructure and human skills, using modern technology, and providing continuous support for innovation and research and development (R&D). All these factors combined have made it one of the smartest cities in the world, placing it among the ranks of advanced countries
