| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة مدى تأثير القيادة التحويلية على الالتزام التنظيمي بمؤسسة سونلغاز بسعيدة، حيث قمنا بتوجيه استبيان إلى عمالها يتضمن محورين، القيادة التحويلية وأبعاد الالتزام التنظيمي. وقد توصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد تأثير دال إحصائيا للقيادة التحويلية على الالتزام التنظيمي بأبعاده المختلفة بمؤسسة سونلغاز بسعيدة، حيث سجل أكبر تأثير على الالتزام العاطفي، يليه الالتزام المعياري، ثم الالتزام الاستمراري. This study aims to try to find out the impact of transformational leadership on organizational commitment at Sonelgaz company in Saida, where we directed a questionnaire to its workers that includes two axes, transformational leadership and dimensions of organizational commitment. The results of this study found that there is a statistically significant effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment in its various dimensions at Sonelgaz company in Saida, where the greatest impact was recorded on emotional commitment, followed by normative commitment, then continual commitment. | ar |
