| dc.description.abstract | تشمل ريادة الأعمال الخضراء الأنشطة الاقتصادية والتقنيات والمنتجات والخدمات التي تحد من انبعاثات غازات الاحتباس الحراري، وتقلل من البصمة البيئية، وتحد من التلوث وتوفر الموارد. كما تعتبر محركا للتنمية الاقتصادية لأنها تساهم في إنشاء الشركات و خلق مناصب شغل جديدة وتشجع التفكير الإبداعي والاستثمارات. غير أن ريادة الأعمال الخضراء في الجزائر تواجه العديد من التحديات على مختلف المستويات، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء عليها ومحاولة تقديم بعض الاقتراحات. و قد توصل البحث إلى أنه بالإضافة إلى التحديات المالية التي تواجهها ريادة الأعمال الخضراء في الجزائر هناك تحديات مؤسساتية و قانونية. The green Entrepreneurship encompasses the economic activities, technologies, products and services that limit greenhouse gas emissions, reduce the ecological footprint, minimize pollution and save resources. It is considered as an engine of economic development, because it generates businesses creation, new jobs, encourages innovative thinking and investments. However, the green entrepreneurship in Algeria is confronted with many challenges at different levels. This study aims to enlighten them and try to present some suggestions. The research found that in addition to the financial challenges faced by The green entrepreneurship in Algeria, there are institutional and legal challenges as well. | ar |
