A number of duties are imposed on the media persons, including those related to the proper functioning of the facility in which they work, including those imposed by the ethics of the profession. Therefore, any breach of the above is classified as disciplinary offenses, requiring them to be subject to a series of disciplinary measures; depending on the nature of the offense committed. In order to ensure the stability of the media institution and achieve a balance in the work relationship, legal texts have established cases of practices that the media may commit, and are described as a "disciplinary offense"
