dc.description.abstractتُمثل التكاليف البيئية أنشطة الدول والشركات الاقتصادية وتصرفاتها لتحمل الأضرار التي تُلحقها بالبيئة والمجتمع. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم أثر التكاليف البيئية في الدول الأوروبية، وذلك استنادًا إلى تحليل وصفي للدراسات المنشورة حديثًا، بالإضافة إلى التقارير الدولية ذات الصلة التي تغطي الفترة 2018-2024. وخلص الباحث إلى أن الدول التي طورت وحسّنت مؤشر أدائها البيئي قد استوعبت التكاليف البيئية داخليًا، على عكس فنلندا والدنمارك، ويعود ذلك إلى فعالية تنفيذ برامج العمل البيئي الحكومية، والتزام الجهات المعنية بالقوانين واللوائح وإنفاذ المعاملات Environmental costs present the activities and acts of economic countries and companies to endure the damage they caused to the environment and society. This research aims to evaluate the impact of environmental costs in European countries which based on a descriptive analysis to the newly published studies, beside the relevant international reports covering the period of 2018-2024 .The author concluded that countries which have developed and improved their environmental performance index have had internalized environmental costs unlike Finland, Demark, it is hardly due to the effectiveness of implementing government environmental action programs, and the commitments of stakeholders towards the laws, regulations and enforcement of transactions
