| dc.description.abstract | هدف هذه المقالة إلى توضيح محتوى وأبعاد التطور الرقمي ضمن المفاهيم المتفق عليها دوليًا، مع عرض وتحليل المعايير الدولية والعربية لتقييم ما هو مطلوب على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي، وخاصة في قطاع الخدمات المصرفية، الذي يُعد من أهم الصناعات الخدمية المساهمة في الدخل العالمي، والذي يُتطلب تبنيه وتكييفه داخل الجزائر. ويأتي ذلك مع مراعاة المتطلبات والمعايير المعتمدة في الجوانب التنظيمية والتشغيلية والبشرية، التي حققت الريادة في الدول التي أحرزت تقدمًا في هذا المجال، وذلك ضمن منهج المقارنة المعيارية المرجعية (Benchmarking) This article aims to clarify the content and dimensions of digital development within the internationally agreed concepts, with the presentation and analysis of international and Arab standards to assess what is required locally and internationally, especially in the banking services sector, which is considered one of the most important service industries contributing to global income, which is required to be adopted and adopted within the Algerian, and this is taking into account the requirements and standards adopted in the organizational, operational and human aspects, which have achieved leadership in countries that have made progress in this, within the benchmarking approach. | |
