| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم محددات الفقر في الجزائر، ولتحقيق ذلك تم التطرق للإطار المفاهيمي لظاهرة الفقر وتفسيرها عند المدارس الفكرية المختلفة، أيضا تم تحليل وتبويب المعطيات الإحصائية بغية التعرف على واقع ظاهرة الفقر في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1995-2016) بالإضافة إلى تحليل بيانات المتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المستخدمة في الدراسة. كما تم ضبط أهم المحددات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لظاهرة الفقر، حيث اعتمدنا على 22متغير مفسر، لذا كان لابد من اختصار عدد المتغيرات فتم اللجوء لاستخدام طريقة التحليل بالمركبات الأساسية، ثم تقدير النموذج وفق الانحدار التدريجي ودراسة مدى صلاحيته، ومن خلال نتائج التقدير تبين أن أهم محددات ظاهرة الفقر في الجزائر هي : مؤشر ضبط الفساد، عدد وفيات الأطفال دون سن الخامسة، إيرادات الموارد النفطية، إعانات وتحويلات، نصيب الفرد من إجمالي الناتج المحلي، نمو نصيب الفرد من النفقات النهائية لاستهلاك الأسر المعيشي، نفقات الاستهلاك النهائي This study aimed at identifying the most important determinants of poverty in Algeria. In order to achieve this, the conceptual framework of the phenomenon of poverty was discussed and interpreted in different schools of thought. Statistical data were also analyzed and tabulated to identify the reality of poverty in Algeria during the period 1995-2016. The economic and social variables used in the study. The main determinants of economic and social determinants of the phenomenon of poverty were determined. We relied on 22 explanatory variables, so the number of variables should be shortened. The method of analysis was used in the basic compounds, then the model was estimated according to gradual regression and its validity. Poverty in Algeria is: corruption control index, number of under-five mortality, oil resource revenues, subsidies and remittances, per capita GDP, per caput growth of final household consumption expenditure, final consumption expenditure. | ar |
