Abstract
تعتبر المجالات السكنية بالمدن الجزائرية ارضية خصبة لدراسة التخطيط الحضري وفق مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة.
ومن أجل هذا تم الاعتماد على المقاربة النسقية والمندمجة في دراسة مدينة تبسة التي لم يكن اختيارها محل صدفة بل كان مقصودا كونها من قلائل المدن الجزائرية التاريخية التي نجحت في التوسع الحضري خارج أسوارها.
ولقد تم القيام بدراسة مؤهلاتها التاريخية، الطبيعية، السكانية والعمرانية وكذا القيام بدراسة معمقة لأدوات التخطيط الحضري وظروف الانتاج المجالي المصاحبة لتطورها العمراني التي ساهمت في تقييم التخطيط الحضري للمجالات السكنية وفقا لمنظور التنمية المستدامة بها.
The residential spaces in Algerian cities are considered fertile ground the study of urban planning according to sustainable development indicators.
For this reason, a systematic and integrated approach was adopted in the study of the Tebessa city, which was not chosen by chance, but because it is one of the rare Algerian historical cities that succeeded in expanding outside its walls.
A study of its historical, natural, demographic and urban qualifications was carried out, as well as an in-depth study of urban planning tools and spatial production conditions associated with its urban development that contributed to the evaluation of urban planning for residential spaces according to the perspective of sustainable development.
Les espaces résidentiels dans les villes algériennes sont considérés comme un terrain fertile pour l'étude de la planification urbaine selon des indicateurs de développement durable.
Pour cette raison, une approche systémique et intégrée a été adoptée dans l'étude de la ville de Tébessa, qui n'a pas été choisie par hasard, mais parce qu'elle est l'une des rares villes historiques algériennes qui a réussi à s'étendre hors de ses murs.
Une étude de ses potontialités historiques, naturelles, démographiques et urbaines a été réalisée, ainsi qu'une étude approfondie des outils la planification urbaine et des conditions de production spatiale associés à son développement urbain qui ont contribué à l'évaluation de la planification urbaine des espaces résidentiels selon la perspective du développement durable.
