| dc.description.abstract | The city is a complex field based on the interaction between man and, nature, this interaction usually results in great harm to the environment. So environmental urban planning must be adopted to protect the environment and ensure the sustainability of its components that can be executed through its building laws and its preventive policy to protect the environment, based on accurate studies and realistic analyzes that guarantee the development of solutions to achieve rational management of environmental resources. However, the achievement of environmental urban planning for its objectives is linked to the legal arrangements made by states in order to establish the foundations of urban environmental planning within their legal system to protect the environment, the extent of its effectiveness, and its ability to achieve a sustainable and healthy urban environment.
