Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر استخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن (BSC) في تقييم أداء وحدة Alfapipe في عنابة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث وزع على عينة تتكون من 39 موظف من المستوى الأعلى. باستخدام SPSS V25، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن محاور البطاقة تصف مجتمعة ما مجموعه 64٪ من تقييم الأداء. أخيرًا، تم اقتراح بطاقة كنموذج مصمم خصيصًا لوحدة Alfapipe وذلك وفقًا للخطوات المعتمدة من قبل معهد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن.
This study aims to analyze the impact of
using balanced scorecard (BSC) in
evaluating the performance of Alfapipe-unit
in Annaba. To achieve this goal, the
questionnaire was adopted as a main tool to
collect data, it was distributed to a sample of
39 higher level employers.
Using SPSS V25,the study concluded that
the axes of balanced scorecard all together
describe a total of 64% of performance
evaluation. Finally, a card was proposed as a
model designed specifically for the Alfapipeunit, according to the steps approved by the
Balanced Scorecard Institute.
