dc.description.abstractتهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف أثر القيادة الأصيلة وتبادل المعرفة على الذكاء الاستراتيجي في المديرية العامة لشركة موبيليس، الجزائر. وُزّع استبيان على 47 موظفًا، وأُجري تحليله باستخدام برنامج SmartPLS4. وكانت النتائج الرئيسية: وجود علاقة متوسطة بين القيادة الأصيلة والذكاء الاستراتيجي، وعلاقة قوية بين القيادة الأصيلة وتبادل المعرفة. The study aims to explore the effect of Authentic leadership and knowledge sharing on strategic intelligence within the General Directorate of Mobilis, Algeria. A questionnaire was distributed to 47 employees, and analysis was conducted using SmartPLS4 software. The main findings are: There is a moderate correlation between Authentic leadership and strategic intelligence, while there is a strong correlation between Authentic leadership and knowledge sharing.
