| dc.description.abstract | نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض وتحليل أهم انعكاسات الأزمة النفطية وجائحة كوفيد (19) على مختلف التوازنات الاقتصادية في الجزائر. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى ان الاقتصاد الجزائري قد تأثر بشكل كبير مسجلا اضطرابا في مختلف التوازنات الاقتصادية والمالية في ظل هذه الأزمة المزدوجة، مما يؤكد فشل مختلف السياسات التنموية المنتهجة للخروج بالاقتصاد من دائرة التبعية المطلقة لأسعار النفط وتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي. We aim through this study to review and analyze the most important repercussions of the oil crisis and the Covid-19 pandemic on the various economic balances in Algeria. The study concluded that the Algerian economy has been greatly affected, recording a disturbance in the various economic and financial balances in light of this double crisis, which confirms the failure of the various development policies adopted to get the economy out of the cycle of absolute dependence on oil prices and achieve economic diversification. | ar |
