dc.description.abstractلقد جاء هذا البحث بهدف تشخيص الوضعية المالية لمؤسسة أرسيلور ميتال ستيل عنابة وذلك بالاعتماد على جدول تدفقات الخزينة للمؤسسة محل التطبيق،حيث استخرجنا بعض نسب النقدية بهدف معرفة الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة ومن ثم الحكم على الأداء المالي لهذه الأخيرة،حيث لاحظنا أن نسب النقدية سالبة بسبب القيم السالبة للتدفقات النقدية الآتية من الأنشطة التشغيلية والاستثمارية،وهذا ما يفسر ضعف الأداء المالي للمؤسسة لذلك لابد للمؤسسة من التحكم في عملياتها التشغيلية وسياستها الاستثمارية وكذلك التحكم في التكاليف بجميع أنواعها. The objective of this study is to assess the financial performance of Arcelor Mittal Annaba, based on the Table of cash flows Treasury. Some cash ratios were calculated to determine the financial position of the enterprise and thus to assess its financial performance. The results of this study reflect to the weakness of the financial performance of the institution in the period of the study. Therefore, the entreprise must control its operations and investment policy, as well as controlling the costs of all types.
