Abstract
تأتي موضوع الدراسة الحالية لتسليط الضوء على برامج التعليم الخاصة بالأطفال الموهوبين والمتفوقين الذين يواجهون صعوبات مع معلميهم. وبشكل عام، لا يُولي المعلمون اهتماماً كبيراً بهذه الفئة من المتعلمين، كما أن أساليب التدريس المتبعة لا تلبّي احتياجات هؤلاء الأطفال، مما قد يؤثر سلباً على نفسيتهم، وبالتالي قد يفقدون الثقة في قدراتهم. ولهذا السبب، يحتاج الموهوبون والمتفوقون إلى معلمين يُدركون إمكانياتهم، وإلى برامج خاصة وأساليب تعليمية تتماشى مع احتياجاتهم بهدف تطوير وتحسين كفاءاتهم إلى أقصى حد ممكن. لذا، تهدف هذه الورقة إلى التعريف بالمواهب والقدرات من المنظورين الكلاسيكي والحديث، وطرق الكشف عن هؤلاء الأطفال وخصائصهم السلوكية، مع التطرق إلى أهم البرامج مثل: التسريع والإثراء، واستعراض البرنامج الأردني كنموذج تطبيقي.
This study sheds light on the education programs for the gifted and talented children who face difficulties with their teachers. Generally speaking, the teachers do not give much attention and care to the category of gifted learners and their methods of teaching do not meet the needs of these children, and this may affect their psyche and consequently the children may lose belief in their capacities. For this reason, the gifted and talented need teachers who understand their capacities, special programs, and teaching methods that bring them in line with their needs to develop and improve their competencies to the fullest extent possible. So, this paper aims at identifying the gift and talent from the classic and modern perspectives and the detection methods of those children –their behavioral characteristics--, and dealing with the most important programs such as: acceleration and enrichment and displaying the Jordanian program as a sample.
