| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان اثر تطبيق قواعد الإفصاح والشفافية كأحد الركائز الأساسية لتطبيق نظام الحوكمة في شركات التأمين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم توزيع استبيانات على عدد من شركات التأمين العاملة في سوق التأمين الجزائري، وقد بينت النتائج غياب عنصر الإفصاح والشفافية بشركات التأمين عينة الدراسة والذي يعتبر المدخل الأساسي لتطبيق نظام الحوكمة الأمر الذي أثر سلبا بالأساس على طبيعة ونوعية المعلومات والتقارير المقدمة من قبل شركات التأمين، وعلى أداء هذه الشركات. The study aims to demonstrate the impact of the application of disclosure and transparency rules as one of the governance pillars of insurance companies operating in the Algerian insurance market. To achieve the objective of this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to a number of insurance companies, and the results showed the absence of disclosure and transparency on the sample of the study, which is considered the main entry point for the implementation of the governance system, which has negatively affected the nature and quality of information and reports provided by insurance companies. | |
