dc.description.abstractMost public sectors have adopted governance as part of the reform. Through the following study, we try to focus on the higher education sector, by introducing the idea of university governance represented by partial variables (participation, independence, accountability, evaluation) and its role in the development of knowledge management. The professors of Larbi Tebessi University (Tebessa) are selected as a study sample. One of the most important results reached after analyzing the questionnaire based on SPSS 26 program is that university governance significantly affects the development of knowledge management in universitiesar
