dc.description.abstractLa dépendance de notre économie a une seule ressource, qui est les hydrocarbures constitues une conséquence néfaste, ce qui fragilise l’économie Algérienne, cela nous a incité à apporter des éclaircissements sur la problématique relative à l’augmentation des exportations hors hydrocarbures en Algérie, tout en mettant en lumière sur l’apport de l’instauration d’un système productif flexible, ainsi que la mise en place d’un système de management par la qualité au sein des entreprises Algériennes. The dependence of our economy at a single resource which is hydrocarbons represents a harmful consequence which weakens the Algerian economy, this state push us to focus on the issue of increasing exports non hydrocarbons of Algeria, with highlighting the contribution of the establishment of a flexible production system, as well as the implementation of the management system by the quality within Algerian companies. Our paper invest of the levers to increase non-hydrocarbon exports in Algeria, through an analytical study based on a diagnosis of commercial balance during 2014-2020, with highlighting the contribution of the establishment of a flexible production system, as well as the implementation of the management system by the quality within Algerian companies. For this orientation to bare its fruits, attention has to be given to flexibility production and a certification companies.ar
