| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء وجهات نظر الباحثين حول الاقتصاد غير الرسمي منذ نشأته على يد كيث هارت في عام 1971. ويستعرض مختلف التعريفات والمنهجيات والنظريات العلمية المرتبطة بالاقتصاد غير الرسمي منذ ظهورها. يحدد البحث ثلاث مقاربات رئيسية في دراسة الاقتصاد غير الرسمي وهي النيوكلاسيكية"، "الدراسات القياسية الكلية"، والمدارس الفكرية المفاهمية".توصل البحث ألى أنه لا توجد نظرية عالمية معيارية واحدة تفسر الاقتصاد غير الرسمي على مستوى العالم؛ إذ تواجه كل دولة أسبابًا وعوامل فريدة تؤدي إلى نشوء الاقتصاد غير الرسمي، مما يتطلب سياسات مصممة خصيصًا للحد الفعّال من هذه الأنشطة. The research aims to explore researchers' viewpoints on the informal economy since its origination by Keith Hart in 1971. It delves into different definitions, methodologies, and scientific theories associated with the informal economy over time. Three main approaches in studying the informal economy are identified : "Neoclassical" "Macroeconometric Studies," and "Conceptual Perspectives-Schools of thought ». There is no single universal theory to explain the informal economy globally ; So each country faces unique causes and elements of the informal economy, requiring tailored policies for effective reduction of informal activities. | |
