| dc.description.abstract | يمتلك الطفل الموهوب أو المتفوق قدرات تؤهله للتفوق إذا وجد الرعاية المناسبة. فالموهبة والتفوق هما قدرات فطرية تحتاج إلى رعاية حتى تؤتي ثمارها. ومن أجل استغلال الموهبة والتفوق لصالح الفرد والمجتمع، من الضروري أن يُحاط أصحابها ببرامج تعليمية خاصة تساعدهم على اكتشاف آفاق مرنة لخدمة أنفسهم ومجتمعهم. وتُعد الموهبة والتفوق حالتين يجب تهيئة صاحبهما للتكيف معهما، لأن إحدى هاتين الميزتين تخلق فرقًا بينه وبين أفراد أسرته، وكذلك بينه وبين أقرانه في المدرسة. يُعد الموهوبون والمتفوقون من الفئات الخاصة التي تُشكل ثروة وطنية للبلاد إذا ما توفرت لهم الرعاية الكافية، ومن بينهم المخترع في مجالات الحياة عامةً والتكنولوجيا على وجه الخصوص. إن الموهبة والتفوق مثل غيرهما من القدرات العقلية، إذا لم نولِهما الاهتمام، فإنهما يضعفان وقد يختفيان. Agifted or gieted child has abilities that enable them to execel if they find adequate care. The talent and excellence are innate capabilities that require care in order to bear fruit. In order to exploit talent and excellence for the benifit of the individualand society, it is imperativethat their owners be framed with special educational programs that help him find resilient horizons of service to himself and society. Talent and excellence are two cases that must be help to adapt to the owner,because one of these two features makes the difference between him and his family members and him and his peers at school. The talented and the excellence are considered among the spcial categories ,which constitute the national wealth of the country in the event that adequate care is provided to them, including the inventor in the attemps of life in general and technology in particular. Talent and the excellence are the same as other mental abilities. If we do not pay attention to them,they diminish and may disappear . | |
