Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور منطقة التجارة الحرة الإفريقية في ترقية الصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات من خلال رصد أهم الفرص والمكاسب التي توفرها هذه المنطقة، وإبراز أهم التحديات التي تواجهها الجزائر في إطارها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قيمة التبادلات التجارية الجزائرية الإفريقية ضعيفة مما أثر على حجم الصادرات ولكن منذ بداية 2021 لوحظ تحسن في نفاذ الصادرات خارج المحروقات إلى السوق الإفريقية مما يوحي بمستقبل واعد في زيادة نفاذ الصادرات الجزائرية إلى افريقيا وتعزيز التجارة في ظل منطقة التجارة الحرة الإفريقية.
This study aims to identify the role of the African Free Trade Area in promoting Algerian exports outside the hydrocarbon sector, by monitoring the key opportunities and gains provided by the African Free Trade Area and highlighting the major challenges that Algeria faces within it.
The study found that the value of Algerian African trade exchanges is weak, which has affected the volume of exports. However, since the beginning of 2021, there has been an improvement in the access of non-hydrocarbon exports to the African market, suggesting a promising future for increasing Algerian exports to Africa and enhancing trade under the African Free Trade Area.
