Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية استخدام الإفصاح الإلكتروني عن المعلومات المالية للشركات الاقتصادية، كونه أحد الأساليب الحديثة المتعلقة بفهم الوضع المالي لتقييم الأداء المالي. كما تستكشف الدراسة العلاقة بين الإفصاح الإلكتروني وحوكمة الشركات لمواكبة التطورات المؤثرة في مختلف المجالات. ولمعالجة مشكلة البحث، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتطبيق الظاهرة المدروسة على شركة بيوفارم. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، منها: أن شركة بيوفارم من الشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر، حيث ساهم الإفصاح الإلكتروني في تحسين فهم المستثمرين للبيانات المالية وزيادة حجم الاستثمار، مما يسهّل تفعيل الحوكمة وحساب النسب المالية المختلفة لتحديد وضع الشركة
This study aims to highlight the importance of using electronic disclosure of financial information for economic companies, as it represents one of the modern methods related to understanding the financial position for financial performance evaluation. Additionally, it explores the relationship between electronic disclosure and corporate governance to keep pace with the developments affecting various fields. To address the research problem, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted to apply the studied phenomenon to Biopharm Company. Several results were obtained, including: Biopharm Company is among the companies listed on the Algerian Stock Exchange, where electronic disclosure has contributed to improving investors' understanding of financial statements and increasing investment volume, thus facilitating governance activation and calculation of various financial ratios to determine the company's status
