| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز مدى استجابة معيار التأهيل العملي والعلمي المحاسبي في الجزائر لمعايير التعليم المحاسبي الدولية في ظل معايير أخلاقيات المهنة الصادرة عن AAOIFI، والتي تعود بالفائدة في تطوير مهنة المحاسبة في الجزائر من الناحية العملية والعلمية والأخلاقية، حيث تم الاعتماد على دراسة تحليلية للمعايير التعليم الدولية بين ما تمليه متطلبات هذه المعايير وما يتم تدارسه في الواقع العملي والعلمي للمحاسبة في الجزائر . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن واقع معيار التأهيل العلمي والعملي للمحاسبة في الجزائر لا يستجيب بدرجة كبيرة لمتطلبات هذه المعايير سواء معايير التعليم الدولية ومعايير أخلاقيات المهنة. This research paper aims to highlight the extent to which the practical and scientific accounting qualification standard in Algeria responds to the international accounting education standards in light of the professional ethics standards issued by AAOIFI, which are beneficial in developing the accounting profession in Algeria from a practical, scientific and ethical point of view, where an analytical study of standards was relied upon. International education between what is dictated by the requirements of these standards and what is being studied in the practical and scientific reality of accounting in Algeria. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The reality of the scientific and practical qualification standard for accounting in Algeria does not respond to a large extent to the requirements of these standards, whether international education standards and professional ethics standards. | |
