dc.description.abstractL’Algérie à travers les politiques agricoles adoptées jusqu’ici a toujours fixé la sécurité alimentaire comme principal objectif à atteindre. Les efforts déployés dans le cadre des plans de développement agricole ont permis une amélioration de la production agricole. S’agissant des filières stratégiques en l’occurrence la filière des céréales et la filière et lait, un montage financier spécifique pour ces deux filières est appliqué depuis le début de ce millénaire. Les résultats enregistrés n’ont permis qu’une satisfaction partielle de la demande locale. En outre, la fluctuation de la production est une caractéristique de cette période, puisque la production céréalière est passée d’un pic de 60 million de Qx à presque la moitié durant deux années de suite Face à ces fluctuations de la production interne inhérente particulièrement aux stress hydrique, il est urgent aujourd’hui de donner plus ’importance au secteur agricole. Efforts made within the framework of agricultural development plans have led to an improvement in agricultural production. With regard to the strategic sectors, in this case the cereals sector and the milk sector, a specific financial package for these two sectors has been applied since the beginning of this illennium. The results recorded only partially satisfied local demand. In addition, the fluctuation of production is a characteristic of this period, since cereal production fell from a peak of 60 million Qx to almost half for two years in a row Faced with these fluctuations in internal production inherent particularly in water stress, it is urgent today to give more importance to the agricultural sector.
