| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز خطورة ظاهرة التهريب في المناطق الحدودية كأحد التحديات التي تواجه السلطات العمومية من أجل الحد من تداعيات الاقتصاد الموازي على الاقتصاد الرسمي، وذلك من خلال تحليل الآثار السلبية لهذه الظاهرة وانتشارها على الأشخاص وعلى التنمية الاقتصادية والمحلية على حد سواء. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على التحليل الإحصائي لبيانات الاستبيان الموزع على أفراد العينة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعزيز التواجد الأمني في المناطق الحدودية لحماية الاقتصاد والتنمية المحلية، وزيادة الوعي من خلال الأنشطة الثقافية، إلى جانب تشجيع وتحفيز المستثمرين في كلا البلدين، بالإضافة إلى اعتماد أساليب وعمليات وتقنيات تحفّز على إعداد أدلة توجيهية لإدارة الحدود، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار التجارب الدولية والممارسات الجيدة على المستوى الدولي The study aims to highlight the seriousness of the phenomenon of smuggling in border areas as one of the challenges facing public authorities in order to reduce the repercussions of the parallel economy on the formal economy, by analyzing the negative effects of this phenomenon and its spread on people and on economic and local development alike. To achieve the goal of the study, the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data distributed to the sample members was relied upon. The study concluded the need to raise security reinforcements in border areas to protect the economy and local development, increase awareness through cultural activities in addition to encouraging and motivating investors in both countries, in addition to processes, methods and technologies to encourage the preparation of guidelines on border management, taking into account international experiences and good practices at the international level. | |
