| dc.description.abstract | حاولت هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على الأطر النظرية لموضوع رأس المال الفكري الذي أصبح يمثل أحد أهم المواضيع التي يعنى بها الباحثون خلال الفترة الأخيرة، كونه يعبر على الجانب اللامادي من المؤسسة والاقتصاد، والذي تزايدت أهميته خاصة خلال الفترة الأخيرة حيث أصبح يعد من بين أهم مصادر التميز في المؤسسة الحديثة وخلق الثروة، كما حاولت هذه الدراسة أيضا استكشاف واقع رأس المال الفكري من خلال إبراز مدى الاهتمام الذي يحظى به في مؤسسات واقتصاديات الدول سواء المتقدمة منها أو النامية ومساهمته في زيادة قدرة المؤسسات على امتصاص الصدمات الناتجة عن الأزمات الاقتصادية، وبيان الأسباب الحقيقية التي دفعت إلى تزايد التركيز على الاستثمار في أصول رأس المال الفكري. This paper aimed to shed light on the Theoretical frameworks of the intellectual capital subject, which concedes as one of research erinterest in the recent period. Becaus eitre presented the non-materiel aspect from the economy and institution; which has now more important, as one of value and excellence creation sources. From another side this study tries to discover the reality of Intellectual capital by highlighting the interestitreceives in the institutions and economies of both developed and developing countries and its contribution to increasing the ability of institutions to absorb the shocks resulting from the crises Economic, and the statement of the real reasons that led to the increased focus on investment in intellectual capital assets. | |
