| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه الدراسة قضية الانتقال إلى الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر، انطلاقًا من إشكالية محورية المتمثلة حول واقع وفعالية هذا التحول في الجزائر. وتنبع أهمية هذا الموضوع من كونه يتناول مسألة التحول الطاقوي، وهي قضية حظيت باهتمام الباحثين والدول والحكومات منذ بداية القرن العشرين. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه، وعلى الرغم من الجهود التي تبذلها الجزائر من أجل إنشاء نظام طاقوي جديد يهدف إلى تقليص الاعتماد على الطاقات التقليدية وتعزيز الانتقال نحو الطاقات المستدامة ، فإن الأهداف المنشودة لا تزال بعيدة المنال، نظرًا لافتقار البلاد إلى العديد من الوسائل والموارد التقنية، والمالية، والإدارية والتسييرية، وحتى البشرية الكفؤة في هذا المجال. This research deals with the issue of the transition to renewable energies in Algeria, based on the central problem of the reality and effectiveness of this transformation in Algeria. The importance of this issue stems from the fact that it deals with the issue of energy transfer, which has been the focus of the at-tention of researchers, States and Governments since the beginning of the twentieth century. It was thus concluded that, despite Algeria ' s efforts to create a new energy system, it was aimed at reducing reliance on traditional energies and promoting a transition to sustainable and unsustainable energies. However, the desired objectives remain elusive, given the lack of many competent technical, financial, managerial and even human resources. | |
