| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر إلغاء دعم الطاقة على الاقتصاد الكلي الجزائري ورفاهية الأسر، باستخدام نموذج التوازن العام القابل للحساب، ومصفوفة المحاسبة الاجتماعية لعام ٢٠١٨. وقد تم محاكاة سيناريوهين: أحدهما بدون سياسة تعويضية، والآخر بتحويلات نقدية مباشرة للأسر. وأظهرت النتائج أثرًا إيجابيًا على ميزانية الدولة وزيادة في المدخرات الحكومية. ويمكن التخفيف من الآثار السلبية على رفاهية الأسر من خلال الاستفادة من مكاسب إلغاء الدعم لوضع سياسة تعويضية تستهدف الأسر الفقيرة This study aims to analyze the impact of energy subsidy removal on Algeria’s macroeconomy and household welfare using a Computable General Equilibrium model, and the 2018 Social Accounting Matrix. Two scenarios were simulated: one without compensatory policy and another with direct cash transfers to households. The results showed a positive impact on the state budget and increased government savings. The negative effects on household welfare can be mitigated by using gains from subsidy removal to establish a compensatory policy targeting poor households. | |
