dc.description.abstractThis study aimed mainly to classify public's perceptions about local governance through the dimensions of good governance on a sample of the municipalities of El bayadh, And also its analysis in terms of their spatial distribution. Data relied on from the results of the Local Governance Barometer and then analyzed it using spatial analysis by the Average Nearest Neighbor and the Spatial Autocorrelation Coefficient (Moran’s Index) across GIS. The results suggest that there are divergences and differences between municipalities (22) through good local governance index, that their distribution pattern is dispersed and random, and that there is no spatial autocorrelation
