| dc.description.abstract | نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العوامل المؤثرة على الإبداع والابتكار المقاولاتي في ظل بيئة الاقتصاد المعرفي والذي يعد كأحد المحركات الرئيسية للنمو والتطور إضافة لاستكشاف دور التعليم والتدريب في تعزيز روح المقاولة لدى الطلبة الخرجيين في إطار القرار الوزاري 1275 مع التركيز على التكنولوجيا والسياسات التعليمية والحكومية الملائمة والمساعدة على الإبداع والابتكار، وللإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة استخدمنا المنهج التحليلي القياسي لتحديد الـتأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة بين متغيرات الدراسة، واعتمدنا على الاستبيان حيث تم توزيعه على عينة من الطلبة الخرجيين في إطار القرر الوزاري 1275 المؤرخ في 27 سبتمبر 2022 والذي يحدد كيفيات الحصول على شهادة جامعية- مؤسسة ناشئة وقد بلغ حجم العينة 204 طالب، ولتحليل هذه العينة قمنا بتطبيق تقنية نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية ذات على المربعات الصغرى الجزئية (PLS-SEM) باستخدام برمجية WarpPLS 8.0. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أبعاد اقتصاد المعرفة والمتمثلة في التعليم والتدريب، البيئة القانونية والثقافية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات تؤثر بنسب متقاربة على الإبداع والابتكار المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الخرجيين في إطار القرار الوزاري 1275. The current study aimed to examine the factors affecting the entrepreneurial creativity and innovation within the environment of knowledge economy, which is considered as a key to growth and development. Besides, it explored the role of education and training in enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit among the graduates of the Ministerial Decree 1275. The research also focused on the technology and the appropriate educational and governmental policies conducive to creativity and innovation. To determine the direct and indirect effects among the variables of the study, we used a quantitative analytical method. We distributed a questionnaire to 204 students who graduated within the framework of the Ministerial decree 1275, issued on 27 September 2022, specifying the ways for obtaining a university degree for Startups. Then, we applied the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique using WarpPLS 8.0 software to analyse the data. The findings revealed that the knowledge economy dimensions, including education and training, the legal and the cultural environment and the information and communication technologies, affect in similar proportions the entrepreneurial creativity and innovation of the aformentioned students. La présente étude vise à examiner les facteurs influençant la créativité entrepreneuriale et l'innovation dans le cadre de l'économie de la connaissance, considérée comme un élément clé de la croissance et du développement. En outre, elle explore le rôle de l'éducation et de la formation dans le renforcement de l'esprit entrepreneurial chez les diplômés du décret ministériel 1275. La recherche se concentre également sur la technologie ainsi que sur les politiques éducatives et gouvernementales appropriées, propices à la créativité et à l'innovation. Afin de déterminer les effets directs et indirects entre les variables de l'étude, nous avons utilisé une méthode d'analyse quantitative. Nous avons distribué un questionnaire à 204 étudiants diplômés dans le cadre du décret ministériel 1275, publié le 27 septembre 2022, spécifiant les moyens d'obtenir un diplôme universitaire pour les startups. Ensuite, nous avons appliqué la technique de modélisation par équations structurelles à moindres carrés partiels (PLS-SEM) en utilisant le logiciel WarpPLS 8.0 pour analyser les données. Les résultant ont révélé que les dimensions de l'économie de la connaissance, y compris l'éducation et la formation, l'environnement juridique et culturel ainsi que les technologies de l'information et de la communication, influencent de manière similaire la créativité entrepreneuriale et l'innovation chez les étudiants concernés | |
