Today microalgae biotechnology is emerging. The research undertaken in this study represents a contribution to promote high value molecules such as carotenoids by microalgae. The objectives of our research work is to make a development of a bioprocess for the cultivation of microalgae, to study the physiological response of the strain MT1 Dactylococcusdissociatus during the carotenogenesis process and also to study the changes of proteins and enzymes to during this process. The results obtained showed that the bioprocess implemented should be reliable, the combination of stress was effective for inducing the production of secondary carotenoids from strain Dactylococcusdissociatus strain MT1. The carotenogenesis phase, was characterized by the biosynthesis of canthxanthine, which gave an orange color to the cell culture, a synchronous production of lipids and also a change and an increase in protein content in the algal cells.
