| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض إشكالية عدم التنسيق بين السياستين المالية والنقدية في الجزائر، وهذا من خلال التطرق إلى تأثيرات عجز الميزانية العامة والدين الداخلي، على أداء السياسة النقدية لبنك الجزائر، فيما يتعلق بمسألة التحكم في نمو السيولة النقدية بالمعدل الذي يتوافق وحجم الإنتاج الوطني، وتركز الدراسة أيضا على فشل الحكومات المتعاقبة في توفير مصادر غير تضخمية لتمويل النفقات العامة. This study aims to present the problem of the lack of coordination between fiscal and monetary policies in Algeria, and this by addressing the effects of the public budget deficit and the internal debt, on the performance of the monetary policy of the Bank of Algeria, with regard to the issue of controlling the growth of cash flow at the rate that corresponds to the volume of national production, and the study focuses Also on the failure of successive governments to provide non-inflationary sources to finance public expenditures. Cette étude vise à présenter le problème du manque de coordination entre les politiques budgétaire et monétaire en Algérie, et ce en abordant les effets du déficit budgétaire public et de la dette intérieure, sur la performance de la politique monétaire de la Banque d'Algérie, avec concerne la question du contrôle de la croissance des flux de trésorerie au rythme qui correspond au volume de la production nationale, et l'étude porte également sur l'incapacité des gouvernements successifs à fournir des sources non inflationnistes pour financer les dépenses publiques. | ar |
